To help ensure the safety of our student athletes at The Veritas School, athletes and at least one parent are required to attend a sports meeting for each sport. Please check the school calendar for dates and times of the meetings.

At that time, we will discuss important team information as well as the following forms:

Athletic Handbook
Each student athlete and parent of that athlete must read the athletic handbook. The Athletic Department of The Veritas School puts a high emphasis on our mission as believers to be examples of Christ and represent Him through sport. Please read and understand the requirements and expectations in the handbook which can be found in the front office.

Medical Release Form
Each student athlete must pass a physical screening by a medical doctor stating they are fit to participate in sports at The Veritas School. The form must be completed by the doctor and signed, then turned in to the office before he or she may participate in sports. This form may be obtained from the school’s front office.
